  1. Looks like you need some server-side engineers. How long will jotspot’s downtime last? Approaching the 12 hour mark.

  2. Hmm, I’m not seeing a problem with any of the JotSpot sites I use. There could be an issue with the server your JotSpot site lives on. Have you contacted support@jot.com with the name of your JotSpot site?
