I also had to change a few lines in http.py to get it to start: def getFactory(app): svc = app.getServiceNamed('Authenticator') svc.startService() portal = svc.portal When trying to use Hep with KMail it goes into an endless loop trying to list the folders on the hep imap server.

Now that the architectural issues have been taken care of, it's full speed ahead! Tor - Thanks for the bug report, I'll test Hep with KMail for the next release, and look into that http server problem.
